Partnership Manager / HealthTech (M/F/X)

For our HealthTech Conference, we are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager, ideally with an established Network in Healthcare. This role is crucial in shaping our collaboration with sponsors and driving the growth of our flagship event. We are looking for support starting immediately.

• Sales: Proven track record of closing sales and meeting targets, within healthcare or tech
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey value propositions and negotiate terms with varying stakeholders 
• Networking: Established network in healthcare or tech and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential sponsors
• Problem Solving: You have a solid analytical understanding and enjoy solving our client's problems and concerns
• ‍Language: You are fluent in German and English

• Identifying and engaging potential sponsors for Health.Tech 
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets 
• Negotiating and finalizing contracts while maintaining excellent client relationships 
• Providing post-sales support and developing new solutions to foster long-term partnerships 
• Continuously developing processes to increase the efficiency and quality of our work
